Lentils Are Just Waiting for Their Hummus Moment

Many experts believe that lentils have the potential to become just as popular as chickpeas, thanks to their versatility and nutritional benefits.

Unlike other legumes, such as beans, lentils do not require soaking and can be cooked in as little as 20 minutes. This makes them a quick and convenient ingredient for busy home cooks and professional chefs alike.
