The Benefits of Practicing Mindfulness and Meditation
Over recent years, the popularity of practicing mindfulness and meditation has rapidly increased. For good reason, meditation can be practiced by anyone, anywhere. Meditation can be completely free, and can be practiced on a walk, during a lunch break, or right before bedtime. Meditation does not have to be an organized time of day that differs from your normal routine. It can simply be a couple of quiet minutes to yourself with no phones, no computers, and no distractions. A few brief moments of inner peace each day can go a long way.
